How to Reset the Password?

  • First of all, visit the official website of PNB.
  • Then enter your user ID and click on the ‘continue’ button.
  • Now you have to click on the ‘forgot password’ option.
  • Then one more time you have to enter your user ID and click on the‘submit’ button.
  • After submitting, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP and click on ‘Continue’.
  • Now you have to add the Debit card number and ATM pin number to continue.
  • A page will appear where you can change your login and transaction password.
  • Now you have to click on the ‘submit’ button.
  • You will receive a success message on your screen.
